AllWin terms of use

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the AllWin site (gettyfile.com.ua), its mirrors and the Allwin UA app. The Allwin casino operator is Allwin Entertainment B.V. 2. Player account

• One account is allowed per player, address, device and payment method.
• Allwin UA may request verification documents (KYC) at any time.

3. Deposits and payouts

• Minimum deposit ₴100 (crypto — the equivalent of ₴500), minimum payout ₴200.
• Withdrawals use the same method as the deposit where technically possible.
• Verified requests are processed within 1–4 hours; the first payout and amounts over ₴50,000 take up to 3 days.
• Payout limit ₴500,000 per month; for Allwin casino VIP players — individually.
• AllWin charges no fees; bank or payment system fees are paid by the player.

4. Bonuses

• A payout request before wagering is complete cancels the active bonus.

• Multi-accounting and risk-free strategies lead to cancellation of the bonus and winnings.

5. Sports betting

• The minimum bet at AllWin is ₴10; the maximum is set per event.
• A bet is accepted once it appears in the account history. A live bet may be rejected if the odds change.
• Settlement follows official results; in case of an obvious odds error the bet is settled at odds of 1.00.
• Cash-out is not available for every event and may be disabled without notice.

6. Restrictions and complaints

Allwin UA may restrict or close an account in cases of fraud, use of third-party payment methods, manipulation or breach of these terms. Legitimately obtained funds are returned after review. Complaints are accepted at [email protected] with a reply within 72 hours; the player may then contact Curaçao eGaming. AllWin may update these terms; the new version is published on this page.
